Overview
Rockcap Co. teamed up with Tegan to take their commercial real estate brand to the next level. Founded in 2010, Rockcap was looking to elevate their brand to match their decades of experience. The multi-month project tackled all aspects of the brand, ranging from key messaging to overall design identity. Paired with a social media strategy and a reimagined website, the Rockcap team was armed with everything they needed to communicate their focus on building relationships, one property at a time.
An identity that connects
As a company that relies on helping businesses find spaces they love, we wanted the concept of connection at the heart of Rockcap’s identity. The shape of the “r” echos the shape of a bridge or path, speaking to the companies ability to guide their clients through the rough terrain of commercial real estate. It’s a handshake agreement that you will be taken care of.
