Beech Valley’s ultimate goals were to better communicate their brand story and capture qualified lead opportunities. It was our pleasure to redesign the company’s website to include clear user journeys for both freelance consultant candidates and top-tier companies, while also showcasing Beech Valley’s proprietary on-demand talent platform. With fresh new copy, eye-catching visuals, and a streamlined design, this tech-powered talent marketplace now has a digital presence to match their exceptional service.

Excellence in service is at the heart of Beech Valley’s brand, and their site needed to reflect that commitment on every level—organizationally, experientially, and visually. We partnered together to develop copy that clarified Beech Valley’s process and designed a seamless web experience, complete with elements inspired by cutting-edge SaaS companies, including large typography, glowing elements, neomorphism, and generous white space for added emphasis.

To showcase Beech Valley’s extensive vetting process, we created an animated funnel that effectively communicated how they get to their “Top 2%” of talent claim. Our team also custom developed an hourly rate calculator for potential consultants to estimate their earnings, as well as a multi-step form to match their available talent with a company’s hiring needs. We wanted every element of the site to be thoughtful, functional, and inviting—inspiring confidence in both Beech Valley’s clients and consultant candidates.
