DMRE Selects Tegan as Agency of Record

Big news! Dosch Marshall Real Estate (DMRE), the Texas’-based commercial real estate powerhouse, has officially tapped Tegan as their Agency of Record! Cue happy dance.

DMRE specializes in land listing and buyer representation across the Lone Star State, netting over $4.1 B in total sales volume over the last couple of decades. They’re also the market leader in land brokerage services for multi-family, residential, and industrial land. No big deal or anything.

Tegan is stepping up as an extension of DMRE’s marketing team, lending monthly support through research, strategy, and creative design. We’ll start things off right with some serious research, honing in on the firm’s existing brand identity and positioning. From there, we’ll help roll out a stellar communication strategy that covers all the bases, including social media, email marketing, and traditional collateral.

Pretty exciting, huh? We think so. Besides being an industry-leader, DBRE is all about giving back to their local community, which we think is pretty awesome. Plus, we love Patrick Lencioni’s “Humble, Hungry, Smart” mantra almost as much as DMRE, and that’s saying something! How’s that for a good fit?
