Customer Experience is Bananas 🍌: NL #139
Customer Experience is Life
With the imminent threat of a recession looming, there’s one thing you can control that will benefit you no matter what you’re spending in market—your customer experience.
You don’t have to be Dani Rojas, but you should definitely consider being more like Jesse Cole. As the owner of the Savannah Bananas, Cole has one mission: Fans First. Entertain Always.
Banana Ball flies in the face of traditional baseball games that last over 3 hours and have a tremendous amount of time in between actual game time. The players have choreographed dances, play in kilts, over-the-top music videos, dancing umpires, and their concessions are inclusive with your ticket, including all-you-can eat hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn, and cookies.
Here’s the best part, they’re killing it. Their games are sold out, their social game is fire 🔥, and they have a rabid fan base. All because they decided to put their fans first and always entertain.
What would your business look like this year if you were radically devoted to your customers?
