Uber Partners With Tegan For New Site

We’ve been working with our friends from Transplace for a few years now, so when their company was acquired by Uber Freight, we were happy to help merge the two separate digital platforms. After all, we wanted to keep our 5 star rating.
Uber Freight is a global shipping service with one of the largest logistics and transportation networks in the world. Essentially, it’s an app that matches truck drivers with cargo that needs shipping. The platform enables shippers and carriers of all sizes to take control of their freight and deliver on their goals, boasting over 200,000 users with more than $17 billion of freight. That’s a lot of freight, people.
Founded in 2000, Dallas-based Transplace has grown into one of the largest transportation logistics companies in the nation. Their merger with Uber Freight promises to bring new efficiencies and transparency to shippers and carriers across the globe. Think Batman and Superman forming an alliance. But better.
Traffik led Uber’s new site design, with Tegan jumping into the driver seat for development and deployment. The new and improved platform launched early September, quickly followed by significant phased out updates including language translation capabilities and a robust blog section with 340+ posts.
We’ve partnered with a lot of incredible clients, but adding Uber to the roster feels pretty special. Would it feel even more special if we could score some free Uber rides to work? No doubt.
