Overview

In 2026, Safe Harbor brought their senior leaders together from across its 150-plus marinas for a conference at Sunseeker Resort in Charlotte Harbor, Florida. It was also something bigger. The conference doubled as the debut of Safe Harbor 3.0, the next chapter of the brand, out in public for the first time. We’ve been Safe Harbor’s agency of record for seven years. We helped create that identity. For the conference, our job was to build the room it debuted in.

The Brand at Full Scale

A brand refresh only earns trust once it holds up beyond a screen. Wall wraps took the new identity and applied it across the resort’s largest physical surfaces, proving the system at full scale before it ever reached a single marina. If it worked here, it would work anywhere.

Wayfinding, Rebuilt

First impressions set the tone for everything after. Before attendees reached a session or a stage, wayfinding signage was already guiding them there, carrying the new identity into its first job: help people find their way, and trust what they were looking at while they did.

Down to the Name Badge

A rebrand isn’t real until it shows up in the smallest places. Name badges, welcome cards, and the rest of the printed collateral carried the new identity into every piece attendees touched and took home, so the brand felt finished, not just announced from a stage.

The Main Stage

The reveal needed one moment big enough to matter. The general session stage gave Safe Harbor 3.0 its biggest platform, so the whole room could see the brand’s next chapter arrive at once.

On the Green, After Hours

A brand that only shows up during working hours doesn’t feel real. The golf outing and evening events carried the identity into the informal parts of the conference too, so it read as part of the culture, not a campaign running alongside it.

Around the Resort

The best rebrands don’t feel like they’re being pitched to you. Poolside and lounge touches built the new identity into the resort’s everyday spaces, so attendees experienced the brand rather than being shown it.

Installations, Not Just Signage

Some brand moments need to be felt, not just seen. A dimensional installation gave Safe Harbor 3.0 a physical presence throughout the resort, turning the mark into something people walked past, through, and around.

In Conversation

Consistency is what makes a brand believable. Fireside chats and the lobby’s digital displays kept the same identity present whether attendees were in a formal session or just passing through.

The Result

By the end of the conference, attendees had already lived inside Safe Harbor 3.0 for two days. They didn’t leave having seen a brand launch. They left fluent in it, ready to carry it back to 150-plus marinas.
