Overview
Nestled on the shores of Cedar Creek Reservoir, just over an hour from Dallas, Long Cove is more than a second-home community — it’s a lakeside legacy in the making. Spanning 1,200 acres with six miles of shoreline, Long Cove brings together the relaxed charm of lake life with the elevated experience of a luxury resort. Inspired by destinations like Seaside and Watercolor, the community is thoughtfully designed for families to unplug, unwind, and connect.
But as the experience on-property continued to evolve, Long Cove’s brand presence needed to catch up. The look and feel no longer reflected the elevated lifestyle, high-end amenities, or discerning audience it was meant to serve. That’s where we came in.
As Long Cove’s agency of record, Tegan was brought on to refresh the brand, refine the customer experience, and bring consistency to every touchpoint — from the first digital ad to the last sunset cocktail on a back porch.
Refining the Brand for a New Generation of Buyers
To better align Long Cove’s visual identity with the lifestyle it offers, we led a full-scale brand refresh rooted in simplicity, sophistication, and nature-inspired beauty. Our goal was to reflect the experience of being at Long Cove — relaxed, refined, and effortlessly elegant.
We refined the color palette, leaning into soft blues and greens pulled from the lake, sky, and wooded shoreline. We paired the refreshed palette with a new typography system that feels timeless but modern, a nod to Long Cove’s multi-generational appeal. A custom brand pattern, inspired by foliage and waves, adds a subtle, artful texture across collateral.
Through updated photography direction, we focused on capturing authentic moments: families jumping off docks, quiet morning coffees on wraparound porches, and spontaneous bonfire nights. Instead of just showing listings, we wanted to convey how it feels to live in a tight-knit community built on moments of shared experience. We wanted to show what daily life looked like at Long Cove.


Telling a Cohesive Story Across Every Touchpoint
With a refreshed identity in place, our next focus was consistency. From brochures to signage to digital ads, everything needed to speak the same visual and emotional language.
We rolled out new print collateral, including a developer brochure, property flyers, home signage, finish guides, and menus. Each piece was designed to support Long Cove’s high-touch sales experience while also showcasing the depth of community life.
On the digital side, we developed assets for paid media, email marketing, and social, each crafted to connect with prospective buyers at different points in their journey. The message was clear: This isn’t just about buying a home. It’s about joining a thoughtfully crafted community with adventure, amenities, and connection at its core.








Designing With Intention — Online and Off
From the very beginning, we knew we wanted to shape a lifestyle brand defined by moments spent together. This informed everything from video ads and display banners to the design of yearbook covers and custom bandanas for community events.
We also introduced branded sub-logos for key programs — Long Cove Realty, the Marina, and the Boat Club — giving each its own distinct look while staying anchored to the overall brand.
Behind the scenes, we created flexible email marketing templates that will empower Long Cove’s team to connect with leads consistently, whether through re-engagement campaigns or new listing announcements.

The result? A unified, emotionally resonant brand that captures the spirit of Long Cove and connects with the high-net-worth families it’s designed to serve. Every piece of creative now reflects what residents experience the moment they arrive, that Long Cove is a place built for making memories.
