Shug’s Bagels Selects Tegan for Agency of Record

Like we’ve always said, there’s nothing better than the smell of an authentic, kettle-boiled bagel in the morning (or afternoon, or evening—preferably loaded with bacon, egg, and cheese).

Enter Shug’s Bagels, the stuff of every hungry Dallasite’s wildest dreams. And guess what? You’re looking at their official Agency of Record.

Needless to say, we were delighted to be tapped by the home of “the Dallas bagel” for a hand with digital marketing, branding, strategy, and development as they continue dominating the culinary scene around their flagship location adjacent to SMU. Their second location on Lemmon Avenue is set to open its doors this summer, and (surprise, surprise) we’ve already invited ourselves to the grand opening.

Even though Shug’s came on to the scene in the thick of a global pandemic, they quickly won a cult following of die-hard fans who are willing to line up any time of day or night for a taste of Shug’s inspired iterations on classic breakfast and deli sandwiches. Is your mouth watering yet?

If you couldn’t tell, we’re pretty psyched about this one, folks. Drumming up excitement for fantastic food in our own neighborhood has to be one of the best job descriptions we can think of. We can’t wait to jump in with the fabulous team at Shug’s to spread the gospel (and probably some cream cheese) of bagel-y goodness far and wide.
