JFS Dallas Unveils New Website with Tegan Digital
Jewish Family Service of Dallas, a nonprofit dedicated to providing whole-person care for individuals and families, has launched a newly redesigned website built with Tegan Digital. The new experience serves as a digital front door to support and offers clients, donors, volunteers, and community partners a clearer way to connect with the organization’s services and mission.
The goal was to create a platform shaped by both clarity and compassion. The site reintroduces JFS Dallas to the community with a more modern, accessible design and a structure that reflects the breadth of care they provide. It is a digital experience centered on dignity, ease of use, and connection.
The new website was built to serve the organization’s key audiences in meaningful ways.
- Individuals and families: Clear pathways to access essential services and care
- Volunteers: A more intuitive way to learn, engage, and get involved
- Donors: Stronger opportunities to support through giving and advocacy
- Community partners: Easy access to organizational information and resources
A major focus of the project was simplifying how information is organized and delivered. The updated navigation and unified platform make it easier for users to find what they need quickly, while also streamlining content management behind the scenes. The result is a more cohesive experience that better reflects both the scale and heart of JFS Dallas’s work.
For Tegan, this project was an opportunity to translate a wide range of services into a clear and approachable digital experience—one that helps more people find support when they need it most.
Creating this site was about more than design. It was about building a tool that reflects the organization’s values and makes it easier for people to access care, get involved, and stay connected to the community.
