Tegan Partners With Local Commercial Real Estate Firm

We’re thrilled to introduce you to our newest clients and new BFFs, ROCKCAP Company. Besides being incredible people, these fine folks manage a stellar commercial real estate firm based right here in Dallas. So naturally, we’ll be cheering for all the same sports teams — for better or for worse. Talk about some quality bonding.

Since 2010, ROCKCAP has been serving up tailor-made strategies so that clients can make informed decisions around leasing, purchasing, or selling their properties. This expertise has won them a full cast of all-star clients over the years, including Equipment Depot, Invoke Tax, Genmega, A-1 Locksmith, The Pursuant Group, and more. Not too shabby, right?

As ROCKCAP’s Agency of Record, Tegan has big plans for tackling multiple brand development projects. We’ll start the fun with some StoryBrand consulting before heading into brand evolution, collateral design, photo and video strategy, and social media research and strategy. ROCKCAP’s current website will also get a well-deserved glow-up. (We know we’re not the only ones who enjoy a good before and after.)

Needless to say, we’re pumped to be teaming with a group of folks who have a reputation for putting people first. Is there anyone better to have in your corner? High rise? Penthouse? We definitely can’t think of any.
