Agency
Small by design.
20 clients a year.
We've been doing this since 2011. Most of our clients have been with us for years. That's not an accident.
We formed Tegan in 2011, with a deliberate choice: stay selective, stay excellent, and stay in it for the long run. We’ve worked at some of the largest agencies in the country — and we chose something different. A smaller team, deeper relationships, and work we’re proud of.
We have deep roots in Dallas, but our clients and our team span coast to coast. When we find good people — clients or colleagues — we tend to work with them for years. That’s just how we’re built.
Who we work with
We work with four kinds of organizations: premium communities, cultural institutions, mission-based organizations, and professional services. What ties them together is how they think — in decades, not quarters.
The receipts
-Safe Harbor Marinas- 80 to 150+ marinas, $6B acquisition
-Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum - 80,000 to 200,000 visitors per year
-Highland Park United Methodist Church - $55M raised, 28% over goal
-Long Cove - 2x qualified leads at 1/4 the budget
Partner-led, every engagement
Every Tegan engagement is partner-led — Aaron Mizell and John Herrington — from first call to launch and beyond. No bait-and-switch from senior pitch team to junior delivery team. The people who win the work are the people who do the work.

We're distributed by design. Great people don't all live in the same zip code, and neither does our team.
Join our team
We’re always looking for great people. Even if we don’t have a position open right now, opportunities frequently pop up and we like to have a short list. Let’s talk and see if we might be a good fit.
